Cenk focuses on capital markets and financial institutions.
He advises clients on local and international equity and debt security issuances, Turkish listing requirements, IPOs, fund incorporations and corporate governance of public companies. He has significant experience in IPOs, local and overseas bond issuances, local sukuk issuances and fund formation.
Cenk also focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate law and compliance. He is active in a number of sectors including energy, food, manufacturing, franchising, e-commerce and healthcare and has experience in mergers and acquisitions of companies operating in these sectors as well as providing advice in relation to their day-to-day operations.
